Thoughts and ideas from the two June building project forums were helpful to the Board of Education this summer as board members fine-tuned the building project and continued to discuss the various options.

Another series of forums will be held once the Board of Education has determined the focus of the project. At this point, the district is hoping to have a community vote on Tuesday, Dec. 9.

Monday's Board of Education meeting will be held in the cafeteria at the Middle School at 7 p.m.

There will be discussion about the building project on Monday evening. As you know, one of the outstanding issues in the building project involves the athletic fields.

There will be a discussion about the safety of synthetic or artificial turf by Ken Nigh from Chenango Sports.
