Here’s what is happening at the high school:

November 12, 2024

The boys Cross Country team placed 8th out of 16 teams at the Class B Sectional Championships on Saturday. Five boys set personal course records including Reilly Misiewicz, Jasper Berman, John Shaffer, Preston Lippmann, and Jackson Keller.

The girls Cross Country team placed 2nd, earning its 4th consecutive sectional plaque. Four girls set personal course records including Schuyler Long, Zoe Langridge, Juniper Stygles, and Anneka Williams. Also placing 2nd overall was Kiera Macintosh and placing 6th was Schuyler Long both qualifying for the New York State Championships this coming weekend at Queensbury.

Our next Level 1 Power of Peace workshop will be held on Tuesday November 19th and Wednesday Nov 20th. Join with a group of friends or independently. It is an amazing two-day experience that you don’t want to miss!

there will be an informational bowling meeting Today at 2:45 in the B-9 cafeteria for anyone interested in trying out for the bowling team this year.

The German club chocolate Advent calendar sale has begun! Order your chocolate with the QR code on our posters and or talk to a German club member. We will deliver your order to your home room starting this Friday. Please have cash or a check with you in home room on that day $5 per calendar. The sale goes until the 8th of December. The countdown begins!

Auditions for the Tartan Turkey Talent Show are coming up!!! Audition sign up lists for Monday, November 18th and Tuesday, November 19th are posted on the door to c9. Acts must be 4:00 or shorter in length, and we are looking for ALL kinds of acts – singing, bands, comedy, magic, dance….anything!!! See or email Mrs. Crisci with any questions. Get your act together! Let’s make this the best show yet!

All students interested in JV or Varsity wrestling, there is an informational meeting tomorrow at 3:00 pm . The meeting will take place in gym lobby by the concession stand.
