This year’s annual food drive and fitness event brought in 754 food items, numerous laps around the school grounds, and cheers from everyone involved.
Event coordinator and physical education teacher, Mr. Campbell, designed the course and was at the finish line with encouraging words and a celebratory high five. Other teachers were stationed at different points around the course for motivation and some even ran laps with the students. It was a great time and Principal Criscone expressed his gratitude for the generosity of the school community.
The food was donated to two local organizations, Concerned for the Hungry and the Scotia Glenville Food Pantry.
