The middle school student council is excited to announce a food drive that will run from Monday, Nov. 4 through Friday, Nov. 8. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to come together and support families in need within the Scotia-Glenville community.
How to Participate
Students are encouraged to bring in nonperishable food items to donate.
Suggested items include:
-
Canned food
-
Pasta
-
Sauce
-
Boxed macaroni and cheese
Where to Donate
Donations can be placed in boxes located in each homeroom. Additionally, there will be boxes available in the front lobby for students who prefer to drop off their items there.
Incentive for Participation
As a special incentive, the grade that brings in the most food items will be rewarded with a no homework day! This is a fun way to encourage everyone to participate and make a difference in the community.
We hope to see a great turnout and thank everyone in advance for their generosity and support. Let’s make this food drive a success and help those in need!
