The SGHS Academic Student of the Quarter award is presented to a student based on multiple criteria. This award is not necessarily about good grades but about those students who demonstrate specific characteristics in their behavior and work. As a school body, we are interested in acknowledging growth in our students as an achievement that they have worked hard to accomplish.

Students receiving an SGHS Academic Student of the Quarter award may demonstrate one or more of the following characteristics:
