The following is notification pursuant to NYS Education Law in connection with the application of herbicide to the Scotia-Glenville Central School District field hockey field at the High School on a date between July 1 and July 15, 2024.

This notice is to inform you of a pending pesticide application at a neighboring property and/or the property you are visiting or working. You may wish to take precautions to minimize pesticide exposure to yourself, family members, pets or family possessions.

Marker flags will be posted at entry sites to the property. Please note that this athletic field will continue to be closed during this time and will reopen at a date to be determined.
