10. Resolution: Authorize Use of Repair Reserve Funds
Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education authorize the use of the Repair Reserve Fund in the amount of up to $375,647.70 to address lead remediation Districtwide, for repairs to the District’s parking areas at Lincoln Elementary School and for the replacement of the exterior doors at the Senior High School, as submitted.

Superintendent’s Comments (Susan M. Swartz, Superintendent of Schools)
Superintendent Swartz informed the Board that Chief Janik and Officer Arreola will be presenting to the Board at the June 27th board meeting. Business Manager Giaquinto reported that the bids for Phase II of the building project came in within the budget and that he anticipates 50% of the work should be completed this summer.
Presentation: Chartwells Annual Food Service Program – Review of 20212022 Program and Overview of Changes for 2022-2023 (Heather Bigley – H.M.B. Consultants) Heather Bigley, HMB Consultants, reported to the board on the 21-22 school lunch program and also provided an overview of changes for the 22-23 school lunch program.
