Facilities Use Requests

The Scotia-Glenville Central School District encourages community use of school facilities when such use is in the public interest and does not conflict with school activities. In August 2024, the district launched a new platform called ML Schedules which will streamline the process of requesting to use facilities for community members and S-G staff. AED requirements for Youth Sports Leagues

Public Health Law §3000-F requires each youth sports program that either hosts or participates in games, matches, tournaments, leagues, or similar activities in which at least five teams are participating, shall establish an automated external defibrillator implementation plan. To view section §3000 of the public health law, click here.

If your league falls into this category, we will need a copy of your plan submitted to Kenna Collins in the Business Office (kcollins@sgcsd.net) before a new group will be approved to use ML Schedules.
