At Lincoln’s Valentine’s Day “Glow in the Hearts” dance party, families enjoyed an array of activities including crafting, face painting, and snacking on sweet treats.
Once the lights dimmed, glowing outlines from glow-in-the-dark face paint and glow sticks transformed the atmosphere, taking the celebration to a whole new level.
