District is taking questions until Wednesday, Feb. 14
Scotia-Glenville Central School District opened the competitive process for electric vehicle supply equipment, charging infrastructure and related services for its future electric school buses with this request for proposal (RFP).
All responses must be submitted by Wednesday, March 6.
Scotia-Glenville School Business Manager Andrew Giaquinto is accepting questions from contractors until Wednesday, Feb 14. You can email your questions to agiaquinto@sgcsd.net. Questions and answers will be posted on the BOE page of the district website.
To be considered for a possible award, contractors will be required to come onsite for a site visit of the transportation facility on either February 7 or February 9 at 9:00 a.m. The visit should be scheduled directly with Mr. Andrew Giaquinto at agiaquinto@sgcsd.net.
Contractors interested in providing these services must either be on National Grid’s list of Make-Ready Approved Contractors or be willing to get approved post-award. In addition to being on the approved list, all contractors must adhere to the expected terms and conditions of the program, which can be accessed through the link in the RFP.
