The Scotia-Glenville Girls’ basketball team beat Schuylerville last night 53-23. Scotia is now 3-1 in the
foothills league. They go on the road tonight to take on the black bears of Glens Falls. Leading
scorers were Riley OMalley with a career high 15 points. Jess Bodden finished with 11 points. Keeley
Kristel , Julie Cooper and Noelle Acosta chipped in with 6 points, each. Adelyn Cowdrey hit a 3
pointer, marking her first career points as a varsity player. Alice Nitcher was great in the defensive
end. Please come support our next game as we travel to play to Glens Falls tonight at 7pm, followed
by a non-league game vs Schalmont on Monday, at 12:30pm.

Just a reminder that our unified bowling season is fast approaching! Information and sign-ups will be
right after Christmas break. In the meantime, if you are interested in receiving this information, please
let Coach Aker know and we will get you on the list!

Auditions for this year’s spring musical, The Addams Family, will be held Friday, January 3rd at 5:30
in the auditorium. Call backs, if necessary, will be on January 4th at 10:00AM. All are encouraged to
audition
