Scotia-Glenville CSD is proud to recognize
Teacher Tim Stockton as our
October Employee of the Month!
Through his work as a Special Education Teacher in our Middle School, Mr. Stockton is known for both his student-centered focus and the mentoring and support he is always eager to share with his colleagues. In his 13 years with Scotia-Glenville, Mr. Stockton's dedication as a teacher has always gone well beyond the classroom. He organizes the 8th grade class trip to Great Escape, handling everything from funds to transportation to coordinating chaperones. More than one colleague noted that without Mr. Stockton, this wonderful tradition and all the special memories it creates for our Tartans may never take place. Mr. Stockton is also always there for our faculty and staff as a mentor, as a leader on the APPR committee, and as someone who always has time to offer help. It is little surprise that so many of his colleagues chose to nominate him for this award.
